Quality Coordinator Role:

This is a fast-paced and incredibly varied role by nature of being a consultancy. The day-to-day requirements of the job will change constantly. Rubicon’s clients range from small, localised businesses to large multinational consumer health companies. This invaluable experience will develop your professional network and give you industry experience that is unrivalled. Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to, the following:Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients.

  • Assist with gap analyses, continuous improvement plans and KPIs.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor and review HACCP as part of our FBO services.

  • Act as contact for 3rd party certification audits

  • Assist with Technical Agreements

  • Complete due diligence on Customer’s supply chain to ensure compliance with Rubicon’s FBO policy and procedure 10-point plan.

  • Review Investigations and concessions as needed, to make Disposition Decisions and feedback to clients. 

  • Continually review quality risk assessment.

  • Assist with the process of product batch release (to market and to the customer) in appropriate timelines. 

  • Create, reconstruct, and monitor Vendor Assurance and the Approved supplier Program.

  • Provide advice and assistance in rolling out various quality standards such as support for WDA applications, BRC, ISO standards. Visits to client’s premises will be required – no more than 20% of time.

  • Assist with internal and external auditing on behalf of clients to GMP, BRC, ISO standards.

  • Participate in job and facility related training as appropriate.
